The International Brain Research Organization (IBRO)/Dana Foundation Brain Awareness Week Grants Program is now accepting applications! The grants support projects organized for Brain Awareness Week 2023 (March 13-19) in countries outside of Europe. Up to 1,250 USD will be awarded to each successful proposal.
Now in its fourth year, the IBRO/Dana Foundation Brain Awareness Week Grants Program aims to educate the public about the wonders of the brain and the benefits of neuroscience research by increasing opportunities for outreach in regions challenged by a lack of resources, support, and/or public understanding about the brain.
For more information and to apply for a grant, please visit the IBRO website. The deadline for submission of applications is October 1, 2022, at 11:59 PM CET. For event ideas and planning advice, visit the Plan Your Outreach section of the Brain Awareness Week website.
