Headache Assistant Editor Leadership Opportunity (HALO) Program

We’re excited to announce that Headache: The Journal of Head and Face Pain is now accepting applications for the next cohort of the Headache Assistant editor Leadership Opportunity (HALO) Program. This is a unique chance to develop editorial and leadership skills, gain hands-on experience in scholarly publishing, receive comprehensive peer review training, and benefit from mentorship by Headache’s leadership team. We continue to be impressed by the outstanding contributions our assistant editors make to the journal and to the field.

Adult neurology residents, pediatric neurology residents, postdoctoral researchers, and headache medicine fellows are invited to apply for a 2-year term beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2028.
